Refund Policy
All sales at One Stop Med Spa are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased.
- Product Exchanges: Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Services: All services are non-refundable once performed. Prepaid service packages are non-refundable.
- Non-Transferable: All purchases — including service packages, memberships, and gift cards — are non-transferable and may not be redeemed by anyone other than the original purchaser.
One Stop Med Spa reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Shipping Policy
One Stop Med Spa currently operates as an in-store only business. We do not offer shipping for any products at this time.
- In-Store Pickup Only: All product purchases must be picked up in person at our location during regular business hours.
