2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time with no adjustment in price.
- Health Disclosure: You are responsible for informing us of any relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your service. Failure to disclose may affect your eligibility for certain treatments.
- Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

All sales are final, including services and products. We offer exchanges on unopened products within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Services are non-refundable once rendered.

Purchased service packages, treatment credits, and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or gifted to another individual. They are also non-refundable.
